Daily routine must have

I've been using YouTheory Daily Fat Burner for a couple of years now and I honestly can't live without them. I take them on vacation with me too! I take these with every fatty meal and they've been a game-changer for maintaining my weight. Despire enjoying my favorite foods, I haven't gained any weight sice I started using them. I think it works

I have my moments of weakness and I've been taking these for over a month. Since I began taking them I have noticed the difference on my face (noticeably semi-chiseled) and my back rolls have decreased by a lot.

65 year loser

I am 65 and have been using this product(Fat Burner) and it does show on the scale when I use it. My problem is I don't stick with it. But have been giving it a good try now and so far in 2 weeks 7 pounds down and pants feel loser. I really don't exercise a lot. Just walking every other day. Only about 30-minute walks. It seems to be working. So going to keep going. Be sure to give it a fair try. You will like it.

This works!

I've been taking it for 4 months now because I noticed the gradual drop in my weight on the first 3-4 weeks. I play tennis 2-4x a week and combined with reduced carbs (didn't say no-carb), I dropped 18 lbs in 3 months and I'm still losing 1-2 lbs every 3 weeks. I liked it because it's gradual, no stimulant effect, and I can still rice, bread, and sweets. I just don't eat a ton of it like before.

It works. I am 74 years old and still struggling with belly fat. I have added no exercise and only reduced my food intake by a small amount and I have seen my belly fat shrink and other areas also. This is a keeper

I will keep using this product.

I been using this product since March 15, 2022. I'm also exercising and cutting on carbs. I've only lost 13 pounds. I do see a change on my abdominal area. Even if I don't loose much weight I'm happy cause my stomach is less pronounce. I will keep using a combination of healthier eating, excersice and the pills. My goal is that by September 2022 I loose at least 30 pounds. Hope this helps. This is my honest review.
