Instructions: Saturate a cotton pad with the Garnier Waterproof Cleansing Water.

    My Favorite Micellar Water!

    This is my favorite micellar water, and I honestly wouldn’t replace it with anything else. It doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy, it doesn’t make my skin feel tight or dry, and it removes makeup really well. I only use waterproof mascara, and this is the only micellar water I’ve found that removes it completely and easily. I’ve combination skin, and this works really well for me. I’ve already purchased it several times and will definitely keep buying it. Personally, I like to double cleanse. I use this micellar water first to remove my makeup and then wash my face with a CeraVe cleanser for combination skin. I love this combination! If you don’t like using micellar water by itself, I definitely recommend using it as the first step in a double-cleansing routine. These two products work really well together. That’s why I’m giving it 5 stars. The only negative experience I had was with my most recent purchase. I ordered it online for in-store pickup and only looked briefly at the bag when I picked it up. When I got home and took the product out, I noticed that the cap was completely broken. Luckily, the small stopper that covers the opening where the product comes out was still in place, so the micellar water didn’t spill everywhere. Thankfully, I hadn’t thrown away my previous empty bottle. I took the stopper from the old bottle and put it on the new one, which solved the problem. Otherwise, I would have had to drive back to the store to exchange it, and the store isn’t very close to me. It seems like the bottle may have been dropped while my order was being prepared and then placed in the bag without anyone noticing. I think more care should be taken when handling products for online pickup orders. Overall, I absolutely love this micellar water and highly recommend it. The issue with the broken cap was disappointing, but it was a problem with how my order was handled, not with the product itself.

    Burns the skin around your eyes

    I normally use Neutrogena waterproof makeup remover but I saw the reviews on this and wanted to try it. It burned the skin around my eyes so bad. Nothing helped so I had to wait for the burning to stop on its own which was about 10-15 minutes. Felt like I got something minty around my eyes. It may not happen to everyone but beware.

    bought this on accident thinking it was the normal one but I was sadly mistaken, I just had the tacky/stickiness of this it takes your makeup of tho so it wasnt terrible I just hate the way it feels on the skin.

    Not good for sensitive eczema prone skin.

    I have sensitive skin - eczema prone. Unfortunately this caused an allergic reaction - swelling around my eyes and itchy face. My niece who also has eczema said she had the same reaction but she says the pink cap version not for waterproof doesn't cause this problem.

    Ineffective

    It takes forever to get waterproof mascara out. In the end i feel like it sands down my eyelids and i have to use a lot just to get the make up out. I used other make up removers that are not sold anymore, unfortunately, that were much for effective in removing waterproof make up. Definitely did not like this product and i am considering paying more for a better product and formula. A pity.

    Used to be so great!

    I feel like something changed with this. I rarely had issues with sensitivity but now if I don’t get enough water on my eyelids when I wash it off my eyelids get swollen and super itchy.

    Loooove this Micellar water! It gets the job done super easily when removing makeup and cleaning my face. When I was using this avidly I didn't really wash my face either, I just used Micellar water and my skin looked great.

    Not for all skin types

    This product was used on my face prior to getting makeup done. I immediately felt a stinging and burning sensation. After I washed my face I began to feel burning on my forehead and chin, woke up the next morning and my entire face was broken out and eyes were swollen. This allergic reaction caused me a trip to the emergency room and with a prescription for medication. Ladies if you have super sensitive skin please be careful with this product.

    Contact dermatitis!

    Did get makeup off, but did leave an oily residue. Also somehow gave me a skin reaction underneath my eyes. Red, dry, flaky, and irritated skin. Did not realize this was culprit until too late!

    Literally feels like oil after putting on

    Absolutely horrible, it got my waterproof mascara off but left an oily residue that I could transfer when touched. Also visibly dried out my skin a ton, I don’t have sensitive skin but this negatively affected it.
