A great value (!!) for 10x14 size so I bought two ! It looks fabulous in my adjoining living & dining spaces w/ its strikingly bold pattern! Yet the room still feels comfy & draws you by the repeating symmetry and familiar pattern throughout. I specifically searched for 100% wool, as that was a core criteria. The feel underfoot is not as surface soft as I was hoping, but for the price, it’s fine ! We still lay on the carpet playing games or snuggling pets and feel comfy. A few well coordinated accessories & the rooms look totally classy, coordinated, & revived. It was a perfect cornerstone piece to make “big” visual changes on shoestring budget and I have received compliments-a-plenty!

Not soft at all. When you sit on it, it’s like sitting on a bed of cactus. It is very uncomfortable and painful. We’ve tried vacuuming it daily to see if that would help but nothing has helped. My husband threw away the bag already so we can’t even return it. Will be throwing it away because can’t imagine donating something so painful to an unexpecting person. We got the 9x12 rug.

First time we vacuumed it there were tufts popping up all over it. Haven't even had it a full month and it looks like it's several years old now. Absolute garbage. The design pattern is messed up in quite a few spots. We were going to return it but the day we were going to pack it up I got ink on it so we couldn't. Don't buy this rug! I'm not one to leave a negative review but now I'm left wondering what I'm supposed to do with the giant worthless rug that won't even fit in my trash can.

I know natural wool rugs shed but this is excessive. I got a natural fiber rug so my baby wasn't crawling around on chemicals but now I'm concerned about what she is eating/inhaling from this one. We put the rug down Wed. I vacuumed it Thurs bc of the shedding. I vacuumed it again Fri due to more shedding and realized I filled my vacuum's canister. I emptied it and decided to keep going. Sure enough I was able to fill the canister again!

BUYER BEWARE! Things I wish I knew before I purchased this.... 1) There is a filter where you can remove "incentivized reviewers" from the reviews - the rating goes down significantly. 2) It is NOT WHITE, or even light gray. Whoever said "cream" was being kind and probably an incentivized reviewer. The light color is legit tan, even yellow in some lights. It just looks DIRTY - see pictures! Does not go well with cool colors or white. 3) It is itchy and kind of ROUGH. We have for our main living room rug and spend lots of time on floor with kids; I would NOT recommend. 4) Not all wool rugs are created equally and I assumed it would shed like my other wool rug (Victoria braided rug from this site, which is great). WRONG! This rug sheds like a banshee. It has been 4 weeks and many vacuums and not stopping making our house so so dusty. The quality is just not the same. 5) It really does smell like a musty barnyard/old warehouse. Again, still there after 4 weeks. Again, this is a wool rug but man, poor quality wool. The positive? It is thicker and SEEMS like it would be nice quality but it really isn't. I have regrets obviously. This rug marks the end of my future online rug buying because I could have known in 5 seconds that this wasn't right if I saw it in person but you just can't tell from online. I hope this saves you some hassle.

Fantastic rug! Great quality and really brings together my office. Giving 4 stars because it has some stains when it was delivered, it was clearly a factory issue and they came out with some scrubbing, but did take away from the experience. Note: this rug is natural wool and will shed. It’s not a problem, but something to be aware of if you’ve never had a wool rug before

Rug looks great. I ignored the shedding reviews thinking I will vacuum it enough to alleviate the shedding. Not possible, we vacuumed several times a day for the first several weeks, then several times a week for 6+ months, it’s still shedding, only looks nice for a day or so after vacuuming.

We recommend vacuuming this rug on the lowest vacuum setting and raising the beater bar as high as it goes (or removing it, if possible).
