A: It looks great on our kitchen counter and uses very little counter space. HOWEVER, our machine had some type of fire because it was smoking. I cannot get any help from Keurig.

Q: I am on my 3rd Keurig. They only seem to last for 1 or 2 years. I descale them as required but something always seems to go wrong. You guys should probably warranty these units for more than 1 year

A: Thank you for your question. The K-Supreme coffee maker has a preset brew temperature to optimize taste. A beverage of 6, 8, 10, or 12 oz will dispense at 170F (average) in cup. The Over Ice feature will brew 6oz at a lower temperature optimized for iced beverages. We hope this helps!

This coffee machine worked very well for almost 6 months but then suddenly stopped! Initially frustrating as to why it stopped working & going through steps to determine it was not repairable. Difficult timing to call east coast when I live in Hi. Final results was great when Keurig quickly sent me a new K-Supreme. Thank you very much! (Mahalo nui loa!) Having my great coffee again!!!

This is a replacement for a Keurig K-Supreme that died. I liked the unit and that's why I bought another. But this one seems to not heat the water as hot. My digital thermometer says it is heating to 155 degrees using normal brewing. To get 170 degrees you need to use the "Strong" setting

We've had 3 of the K910 brewers quit during the de-scale cycle. Did fine in the cleaning, but in the rinse portion, the "add water" display never came on despite replenishment. Triggered a thermal limiting switch after a while, which basically killed the machine. Followed the procedure precisely. Keurig replaced - thanks you very much. But this is the last try for us.
