Philips Sonicare 4100 Plaque Control Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush - HX3689/24

I've used Philips Sonicare Items for many years. This latest toothbrush is light weight and easy to use. The only draw back is the USB charger. I don't know many people who have a USB port in their bathroom so you'll need an adaptor. Otherwise, it cleans well with just the right amount of pressure.

I love how clean this gets my teeth! I hate the vibration but it's worth it because of how they look after. It does what a normal toothbrush cannot! However, I do wish they made a larger toothbrush head, even there largest is too small in my opinion.

It is not as powerful as the more expensive models . It has 2 settings, one is soft and the next strength is a low medium

Love this toothbrush. One of the best purchases from Target. I have had it for a while now. Battery life is awesome. I brush my teeth 2-3 times a day. I charge once a week. My only reason of not giving 5 stars is how expensive the replacement heads are. Purchase it, you won’t regret it. I got replacement heads from Amazon - very cheap and they fit. I am a satisfied customer.

The battery lasts just a couple days, which is disappointing compared to my last Phillips toothbrush that went at least a week without requiring a charge. Do yourself a favor and buy a model with more battery capacity. Phillips is better than Oral-B in my experience, just not this one.

The item started having issues in less than a year. I purchased the protection plan only to be told to reach out to the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and was then asked to file a claim.

I would give this toothbrush zero stars if I could. I have been using Sonicare toothbrushes for 30 years- starting in 1995. My last Series E finally died. I’m not a fan of change. I have resisted buying a newer model. But I had to because my Sonicare toothbrush just stopped working This toothbrush is absolute garbage! My teeth do not feel smooth as I have come to expect. I don’t like how the head feels in my mouth. The USB cord is a poor excuse for a charging cord. I am highly disappointed in this inferior product. This is really sad because Sonicare used to have an awesome product and now it’s terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Died in 8 months. Bad design that traps toothpaste residue under toothbrush head that leads to mold if not cleaned regularly

I loved this toothbrush but it broke after 3 years. Not sure if that’s a normal amount of time to have it, but the button just completely stopped working. My boyfriend said he’s had his for like 6 years so a little bummed. Loved it before the button just fell off though lol

The price! It was cheaper on Amazon so I returned this item

Bought this to replace an old model- price was great but I feel like it doesn’t really do anything. Very annoying to use and my teeth never feel clean. I will be upgrading as soon as I can.

I’ve used Sonicare for over 15 years. This latest model I’ve had to now purchase a 3rd time now due to issues with the functionality and vibration defects.

Overall its a good toothbrush but after about six months the joint where the motor connects with the brushhead started to mold and won’t clean

I'd even use this as my primary toothbrush. It's quieter than my standard toothbrush and does as good a job.

I have happily used Sonicare rechargeable electric toothbrushes for many years. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed in the 4100 model I purchased last month. Although I don’t like the USB charging port, I can live with that. My complaint is that the built-in timer is not as noticeable on this one as on my previous brush. I now use the second hand on my clock which is very inconvenient. I would NOT recommend this toothbrush.

Who has a USB port in their bathroom? And no adapter? This is the DUMBEST “upgrade” on the charger just to save a buck.

This has no power feels like a cheap vibrating kids tooth brush. Also the actual Brissels are very small. Do not recommend get the full size older one for same price.
