It doesn’t taste too earthy or anything, just didn’t have much flavor. The suggested use states to add about one scoop to 8-12 ounces of water, juice or a smoothie. This is a fine powder and I found my preferred method was mixing it into a fruit smoothie. It mixes well without clumping and does leave an aftertaste. I noticed my energy levels increased and a boost to my digestive system. I also like the packaging and includes a little scooper for convenience.

This has been my go-to greens product on and off for many years but I haven't ordered it in a while. Now I see fructose and "natural flavors"? It doesn't matter that fructose is <1 g, and "natural flavors" on any label is obviously not transparent. As to your replies about updating the label ingredients, are you implying the product contained these additives the whole time but were not disclosed? Either way, disappointing to have to change products.

However, this DEFINITELY adds the taste of vegetables to whatever you add it to. It’s like kale, but not quite as potent. It’s worth a try for sure! It uh…cleared me out as well.

I initially tried drinking it plain mixed with water. Big mistake. I could not even finish the glass. It’s not even super powdery or grainy textured, the taste is just not great. I wasn’t expecting it to be absolutely amazing knowing it’s a green supplement, but this can definitely only be mixed into smoothies or other foods that are going to have strong competing flavors to mask it.

You can mix it with water or juice in a mixes up very well in liquid. It tastes ok with water I could tolerate it, but I don’t mind really green tasting liquids. it’s not a strong taste or aftertaste actually it doesn’t really taste like anything. If you’re looking for a way to get your vitamins in without taking a handful I would recommend this product.
