I guess the part of my ear that they go around was too big because it hurt after 10 minutes of wear. I spent a week trying to make them comfortable but no luck. I replaced them with another Bose product.

I also love that I can hear my surroundings so they are great for runs or casual wear when you still want to be able to talk to others. I ended up buying myself a pair, my husband a pair, my daughter a pair, and my daughter’s boyfriend a pair. They’re great!

Sound quality is as good as you would expect if they were typical earbuds stuck in your ear but with these you can remain aware and hear sounds around you. Took a minute to get used to putting them on but once you do it’s very easy; it’s just different than sticking something in your ear. I would recommend these to anyone that wants to remain aware of their surroundings while still listening to music etc.

I didnt use them very often because I had a hard time keeping them in my ears. I have used my Bose open ear buds more in the few months I have had them then the years I had the Buds. With the new style of headphones that does it insert into your ear was odd at first but then I actually forgot I even had it on. It is quite comfortable to wear and does not easily fall out, especially when most earphones doesn’t fit for me very well. The sound is actually quite good but you definitely can hear all the noises around you so that you are not completely tuned out to the things around you

The open air buds are great however I cut grass in a park and these buds are not for outside work w noisy machinery. That was my fault but I'm glad I have them. The only thing that I wish is that they could be a bit louder. But overall they're great!
