Thick and absorbent
Plush large bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth. Wash cloth was soft for cleaning my face. Very absorbent and warm when getting out of the bath. Washed and dried before use and the towels still looked brand new. Beautiful color.

Lands End has let me down
I have been a loyal consumer of Lands End towels, but this will no longer be the case. These towels were bought to be a companion color to towels I already had in this style. They are nothing like. The other towels are heavier and absorbent. These towels are light-weight and feel more like microfiber than cotton. They don’t dry your hands well, but they stay wet longer. The label says 100% cotton, yet the laundering instructions say to wash cold on delicate cycle! I do not believe these are cotton, at least not 100%, but am not willing to do a burn test to determine the actual fiber. If I had wanted microfiber towels, I could have bought them a lot more affordably.

Very disappointed
These towels are very pilly. I have washed them twice on mild water temperature to try to get rid of the pills but it won’t help. I think they are cheap which is disappointing since these towels used to be a go-to and we have been buying them for years. There has been a change in production somewhere along the line.

Not the same Supima towels.
So disappointed. These are not the same Supima towels I have bought for years. Washing instructions now say Machine Wash Cold Delicate, Tumble Dry Low. Delicate? Towels? They do have a new, very soft touch and seem to dry well. I will be returning one set and the extra wash cloths. I will keep the ones we have been using.I wonder how long they will hold up. They will not be washed on Delicate.

I have bought these towels for years, and I am especially fond of the massively large bath sheets. However, the current colors are not the colors that I want. The beautiful blue towels that I bought about two years ago are no longer available. There are a navy blue towel and a washed-out light blue towel available for sale, but neither matches what I have. I miss the deep blue towels they used to sell. If you are going to sell premium towels at premium prices, don't discontinue popular colors.

Pretty towels, but way too much shedding
I had to return these towels because they shed all over the place. I washed and dried them 3 times hoping that would settle down the shedding, but that didn't help at all. I've had wonderful luck with this brand in the past. Theses ones were such a pretty color and so thick. It's a shame the material was faulty.

Terrible quality
I had heard that quality had gone down, but didn't expect to get a 1 star motel quality towel. I should have washed one and returned the rest, but I washed both sets. They are SO MUCH thinner than previous LE towels. They are still dropping pills/shedding after 3 washes. I've bought towels from Lands End for 30 years but will not be buying them again.

Once again Lands End is a winner
I have two sets of Lands End Towels I purchased in 2002. I just renovated a bathroom so of course I had to have new towels. I did some research and I was pleased to see Lands End landed at the top of reviews. I ordered the Navy color; they are rich in color and soft in texture. They washed up very well. I’m happy my choice.

Good towels
Towels have been newly received but so far I am happy with them. They are fluffy and well made, side seams are secure, no loose threads. They washed up well and absorb water nicely after bathing. The labeling is misleading as states the cotton is grown in the US, which it may be, but the towels are manufactured in India. I would prefer US grown and made products, or clear labeling to give me the accurate background. The price was good for the entire set and the shipping was relatively fast through USPS.

Not worth the price at all, returned them.
I don't understand all the good reviews on these....they are not good towels at all, especially at this price point. They're soft yes, but the amount of fibers and lint and fuzz and threads that come out of these is insane! I had clumps of fibers stuck to the sides of the washer. When using the towels you can see all the lint flying through the air around you. I returned them.

Won't Stop Shedding
So disappointed. Love the look and feel of these towels....but, I've washed them 7 times and I am still picking lint from my skin after showering. I've always loved Lands End clothing, shoes, etc, but these are a huge disappointment.
