I bought the black Hadley toddler conversion rails and when we installed them we found there weren't any trim pieces for the end panels when the front rail was removed. Looks completely unfinished. Emailed a few times, no response.

Got this crib as a baby shower gift. Absolutely love it! My son is now 2 and still sleeps in it. The bottom drawer is perfect for storing extra mattress protectors and crib sheets. It still looks great today after 2 years of use!

Received as a gift for our baby. Grandparents put it together and after getting to the end we are having difficulty getting the drawer in and out. One side gets caught and we aren’t sure why..we’ve tried taken it apart and putting it back together and still the same problem. Probably won’t use the drawer but if we do we know there will be issues pulling it in and out.

This is a good crib. But if you plan to convert it in the future you will have to buy all of the additional parts. It's probably easier to just buy a basic crib and then switch to a twin bed later.

Built the crib last step was to insert drawer but drawer did not work. It didn’t fit. Drawer was too long for rail. Very disappointed as I am about to give birth . Worse part we had to dissemble crib to return it.

The bottom drawer started giving us issues about 3 months after purchasing. The drawer would fall off from the metal railing. Now scew that holds the metal plates to the drawer does not stay on. I reached out to customer support and they don't make this crib anymore so can't ptovide a replacement part. Go for something else if you can!

I purchased the Graco 5-1 Crib as it was a baby gift for my granddaughter and on her Target Baby Register. My great grandbaby is almost 6 months old and needed a bigger bed. We were surprised that the Graco 5-1 Crib did not come with the mattress...my reason for 4 stars. I went back online to purchase the other required items to make a comfortable bed; mattress, waterproof mattress cover, sheets, blankets etc.

I bought this specific crib because I have like graco the best. This crib definitely disappointed! Before set up, there were already pain chips in it as if some other baby already chews the railings. You could brush past the crib and the paint will chip. Do not recommend!!

firts the crib was not in a good condition it has a lot of scratches. second the drawer did not fit correctly in the crib the screws pop out and my husband had to mesure the correct position and open new hole so the drawer fit the crib. I did not return it because I already assable the crib

Gray color doesn’t match other pebble gray items from graco. This crib has a beige tint to it. Too late to return now as we don’t have the box anymore but very frustrating that the company can’t have the same colors to match.

Upon opening the box my husband got nicked by one of the railings. A small piece of wood broke off and splintered him. Concerning because it’s a crib for a baby.

Original and replacement had problems

I am not sure if they do quality control for these guys or the packing people are just careless. The original had dings and parts that were not screwed in properly or the screw holes were too big for the screws so they came off. The second had the same screw problem. more dings AND it had major paint problems. It was flaking off in the big panels. If it was like that new I expect after use, babies would bite and swallow that paint in quantity. That is not just terrible. It's unsafe no matter what kind of pain you use. Customer service was very nice though and made no fuss about returning it. Easy to deal with.

This crib is exactly what we wanted! It took my husband 2 hours to put it together. It’s very sturdy and well made. The drawer is going to be so helpful for more storage. We can’t wait for our baby to sleep in it!
