[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rug is nice. Still waiting for fold and roll creases to flatten out. Some anticipated shedding. Some of the edges are frayed which concern me about longevity and durability. Soft enough under foot to not immediately require rug pad.

Beautiful Rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the first rug which was damaged. It was quickly replaced for which I am grateful since it was a beautiful rug for the price. I will say that the second rug was a bit warmer in color than the first. The first rug was a bit more grey although still lovely and neutral. The second rug was actually what I was expecting it to be. A real sand color. I’m guessing the different dye lots are the reason for this slight variation. All in all I am very pleased!

Ruined in shipping

I ordered this rug twice and both times it came rolled up then folded in half. It’s an 8x10 wool rug but they folded the ends together and taped it. The middle of the rug was all crunched up and stretched out. I called customer service and they picked it up, made a note to ship it lengthwise rolled up. But they folded it again. They told me that they couldn’t guarantee if I ordered it a third time, it wouldn’t happen again. It’s too bad because the rug is really nice.

Received a totally different rug than the rug pictured. Tried to reorder and received the same incorrect rug. I think the picture is incorrect. Quality seems good, but pretty annoying not to get the rug I ordered AGAIN.
