Great, but very fragile.
Too fragile, owned for 6 months and warrantied twice. I really liked this phone, but as careful as I tried to be, dust and debris would get in the hinge and then it wouldn't open all the way. It's very nice of you only use it in the office, but if you take it outside or work in the field this is not for you. I switched back to an S23 after it broke a second time.

Crease crack and discoloring.
less than 1 year and the Fold 4 screen crease is discoloring and has a small crack.

Horrible experience with zfold phone - DONT BUY!!
Dont waste your money on a z fold. Samsung should be ashamed of themselves for charging such a high price when the crease just ends up cracking and unusable in the end. Warranty doesnt last long too.

Good but not fleshed out
I got this about I would say 7 months ago I loved the things but about 4 months in it black screened me and I figured it was a one time thing but it did it again yesterday and that’s just something I’m not gonna send back to have returned. it’s no longer a reliable daily driver and I loved it when it worked it just needs to be worked out software wise great hardware good cameras, but it messed up the basics and ran before it could walk.

Best phone I've ever owned
This phone is a dream. I love it. No complaints at all, everytime someone with an iphone sees it their mind is blown. I had an iphone before the fold 4 and I haven't looked back even for a second. I can't wait for the fold 5 to launch and hope I can get a great deal trading in the 4.

Well Worth the Price of Admission
I have had the Z Fold 4 for about a month now and I absolutely love it. It's big and beautiful. Yes, it's definitely expensive but when I got it, I also made the decision to give my iPad Air to my daughter. The Fold is now my phone/tablet/laptop. Now obviously there are still times when you will need a full size laptop to do the heavy lifting but on a day to day basis, my Fold does the trick. I do NOT find it delicate or fragile. It is well made but I do take good care of it. Yes, you can feel the crease but it never bothers me and I barely notice it unless I think of it. But seriously, it's a folding phone. How picky are you? P.S. PLEASE do not tell people not to buy something based on your experience. I really get offended by that. Tell people your experience and let them decide for themselves. You may very well be in the minority with your opnion.

I won't go back after going foldable.

Coming from a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra I didn't think the foldable lineup would compete. Man was I wrong. I am surprised how much I use the amazing features in the fold lineup. From gaming to multitasking I'm hooked. I will not be going back to a "normal" phone.

Its my second foldable device and I'm in love.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I had a zflip3 and I traded it in for the fold4 for the bigger battery, spen ability, and the front screen. I love having a full front screen and then a tablet when I want to draw, watch movies, play games or when getting down to business. I can see spread sheets with ease and it syncs all my Microsoft accounts perfectly. I don't have a single complaint on my device other than its so big a watch pairs perfect so you can leave it in the purse or car if you need to and never miss a call.
