Better than Mag-Ox
I switched to this product after the magnesium oxide I was taking started becoming less effective for my nighttime leg cramps. After about a year’s usage of the Triple Magnesium Complex I’m still cramp free. Highly recommend if mag-ox isn’t getting the job done for you anymore.
