I had some really hard emotional days 2 days postpartum, then remembered to take this tincture and almost immediately felt a lot better. Sleep hasn’t been great with a newborn but I am still feeling strong and able to get through the days in a good mood.

It’s only been about a week so I’m hopeful it will balance me more over time! I was able to titer off the normal SSRI drugs they recommend post partum and started this as soon as I was done with it. My doctor just had me make sure to titer first since this formula has St. John’s Wart which could interact with the SSRI and cause serotonin syndrome.

Felt bad every single day (depression, mom guilt, physically too drained to workout, etc). So I was looking specifically for things that could help me regulate my hormones and I took a small dose of this in the morning and found that it was 180 degree change in how my days went.
