It's a little concerning that it should be taken 3 times a day, because the size of the capsule is a little intimidating. As far as effectiveness, I have noticed that my arthritis and my joint pains weren't flaring up as bad as usual after a couple days of taking these. I will probably continue trying them beyond the 30 day supply to see how effective it is long term

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The NB pure gut health journey set is magnificent! The cleanse supplements are completely natural containing only magnesium and potassium. Quick note; if your body is not used to taking a high dose of magnesium, you will lose all of your water the next day. I started out with one capsule instead of the full dose at three capsules for this very reason. If I dump all my water one day, I’m constipated for a week! Secondly, the daily multi fiber came with three packets, which was just enough to bulk up what was in my colon and help things move pretty well. The plant protein plus sample only had one servingand seems to be perfectly fine but it’s hard for me to tell if it is a good long-term system with only one use. Otherwise, the ingredients are excellent and I am very happy with this set.

I am not too fond of the fact that you have to take three capsules for one serving, but overall I feel that this is a good organic turmeric.

The capsules are easy to swallow, though they do have a slight herbal aftertaste. Overall, it’s a decent supplement, but I’m not sure it’s worth the price for the modest benefits.

I am always on the lookout for good turmeric supplements for anti inflammatory action as a chronic illness/health issue girlie to help my system function a bit more efficiently.
