    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying out this Nutri Triple Magnesium, and it looks pretty promising! It's a high absorption formula with Glycinate, Malate, and Taurinate forms of magnesium. Each serving gives you 440 mg of magnesium, and it's 100% chelated. It also says it's good for sleep, muscle health, and healthy aging, which is awesome. Plus, it comes in 150 vegan capsules, so that's a bonus! The only problem i have with this is you have to take 5 capsules! I have trouble swallowing capsules/ pills. I wish I didn't have to take so many. Other than that, I think they're great! They definitely seem to help with sleep!

This has several types of magnesium in the capsules so I wa intrigues to try it. However, the daily dose is 5 capsules!! That’s so much per day. Too many for my liking. And also, for some reason, this combination of magnesium or the capsules gave me very bad gas pains. I was not a fan.

    Really makes a difference!

I also noticed that it really helps with sore muscles as well. Like I said, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my sleep. I normally struggle with insomnia and while I do take sleeping pills helps in conjunction with them.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to give this a couple of weeks before reviewing since I had already been taking another brand of magnesium glycinate. I started this right after I started taking Tirzepatide. I am falling asleep easier, waking up more refreshed and most importantly, I am regular. The directions say to take 5 capsules but I have been doing well with 2 capsules nightly. I am short and thought I would see how 2 worked for me and I don’t think I need to increase. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because they do seem a tad chalky even though they are capsules. Otherwise, I would purchase this again!
