I absolutely love that Naturelo melatonin is natural, works quickly and is non-habit forming! They are easy to chew and super tasty. Just a perfect and easy way to take melatonin! No bitter aftertaste whatsoever. The recommended dose is 3 pieces but I only need to take 1 or 2 to get to sleep. I take the gummies about 30 minutes before I'm ready to go to bed and it works great.
