As a member of a generation of Americans who suffers the economic hardships and nigh-infinite stagflation wrought by Boomers, the thought of ever being able to afford a nice rug for a place of my own seemed a distant fantasy. But when the time finally arrived that I was able to get a place of my own, I never thought I'd be able to furnish my own wood floors with nice rugs like my grandparents had all throughout their house. Rugs.com made it easy. They have a floor space estimator on their website that is surprisingly accurate given how these things normally are. It looks great in the room and feels much softer and more quality than I honestly expected at the price point I paid. It shipped immediately after the order was placed and arrived in 3-4 days, a full day earlier than the estimated arrival date. I even called their customer service line to verify the delivery date fearing I might be out of town, and the service there was swift, respectful, and efficient. To be COMPLETELY honest, it's unusual to find an online reseller in 2022 that has their act together THIS tight, so I have to assume the company has stellar leadership at all the right levels. Thank you Rugs.com for enabling those who do not have the benefit of being born into wealth or circumstance have a bite at the class apple and maximize our living spaces the way they were truly meant to be.

I love this rug so much. It’s different and still pops with style. Fits perfectly with the color scheme in my livingroom. I will be purchasing another one soon. Also, did a return for one I ordered prior but didn’t end up matching my color scheme well. The return was quick and effortless. The customer service rep I spoke with was quick and educated.
