    Nice rug if not shipped folded

    9x12 came folded not rolled which resulted in major creasing and a bulge in the middle. To bad because its a nice rug. Had to return.

    Fine rug. Not sure if it’s worth the price though

    Nice rug, pictures make it look better quality though. Also, the pad for underneath the carpet came nice and rolled, so it could be easily unrolled. The carpet, however, came FOLDED?! So now there are annoying lumps that don’t seem to go away easily. It’s annoying because it means we’ll have to lift up the furniture to shift the rug as it continues to flatten out…

    Good quality rug

    The rug that arrived is nice and meets our requirements, my only issue is the color is off. I’m finding that the colors shown online are a little off and enhanced beyond the original color. This causes purchasing decisions to be more difficult. I recommend that you anticipate the colors to be more muted than shown on the screen. Otherwise, I’m happy with the rug and I’ve recommended the same rug style to a friend who’s been looking for a similar style.

    Love my green Madeline rug

    Love this rug! I've been looking for a green rug with off white accents for ages. This is a perfect sagey/olive green for my white sofa and green chair. Delivery was prompt and quality is great for the price. I will be ordering from rugs.com again soon.
