Disappointed
Did not come with screen protector. I’ve been an otter box customer since iPhone 4 and the quality has gone down with every model since. I would avoid this product if you are looking for a robust case.

Replaced flimsy case to better protect my phone!
Durable case, hopefully my phone case won't crack like the last case I bought. A friend recommended it. I just would rather have a red one. I like to find it in my purse and needed a bright color so I got the hot pink!

Phone Case ORIGINAL GANGSTA!!!
IMO it’s the OG of cases. It was the first I really remember on the market, and with proper care and treatment it will last. If you have the holster/kickstand, be careful not to force the leg of the kickstand closed, as it’s held open by a small piece of plastic that CAN and WILL break if not closed with any force, especially in cold weather.

Another Great Product
Got a new iPhone 14 recently. I wanted the same kind of case that I had in the past -- the Defender -- so checked out OtterBox again. Basically the same thing that I had before except no thin plastic to cover the glass. And that really wasn't necessary. Great case, very protective of my investment. I've already dropped my phone a couple of times with no issues. :-)

Not the same OtterBox
I am/was a firm believer in only using Otterbox,, 2 days ago, my iPhone fell out of my pocket, in a defender case, less than 2 feet, dropped straight down and landed right on the backside,,, entire back of phone was shattered!! Front screen was untouched,,, but the back that was covered by the defender case,, shattered! So disappointed!!

Improved look and less bulk
For years, anytime I get a new phone, I immediately order a new Defender case for it. I've had nothing but success with the cases. I like the subtle design on this case that sets it apart from previous ones I've had. They've also found a way to make the cases less bulky than previous versions. The belt clip was very stiff at first and I was afraid I was going to break it the first time I tried to swivel it, but it's good now.

Highly recommend looking elsewhere
Not what they used to be, I have replaced the clip for my case 6 times and haven’t had the case a year, it always breaks the same way, the corner ear breaks off and then it can not hold the case anymore. The old ones used to outlast the case but now they break off from not taking them off if you sit in a chair, they are no longer what they used to be

Missed the Mark
I have always used an otter box phone case. When I recently bought a new iphone, I purchased a defender phone for it. Sadly, I am very, very disappointed. Even though the packaging says it will fit my phone, IT DOES NOT FIT. The phone case is smaller than my new iPhone. Otter box missed the mark with this one.

Each case is specially designed for a specific model of phone, and the Defender Series Pro case for iPhone 14 will only fit the iPhone 14 device. To install the case, it is also necessary to take off the outer rubber portion and and front frame of the hard plastic to allow the device to sit properly in the case. Good but needs a stronger clip
Good protection for iPhone. Disappointed with the belt clip. Phone is easily dislodged from its holder and falls out. Clip that holds the phone in place needs to be sturdier.

None Better than OtterBox
I’ve had the defender before. Bought a new iPhone 14 was hard to fine but once I found I purchased there is none better I had a Pelican and a OB wanna ne before I found this one. Simply the best, not the cheapest, but the absolute BEST!!
