Purchased for my 8 year old son. Excellent! Rides smooth and picks up speed quickly.

I ordered 2 scooters for my sons ages 7 & 9. One of them is fine and they both love it. One scooter the screw keeps coming out that holds the the pole tight where you can adjust the height. So far it’s holding without the pieces, but I’m scared any minute it could collapse and he gets injured. There is a one year warranty so I’m trying to contact the company sugift but the phone number listed online doesn’t work. I sent emails but no response yet. I’ll adjust my rating if they respond and honor the warranty. This was a Christmas gift and I want my son to enjoy his scooter as much as his brother does, safely. It’s 3 pieces and it fell off twice! Now the screw that attaches is lost. So I can’t even reattach it for the third time.

The metal split even w light use in less than three months. Would not recommend.

My daughter received this as a Christmas gift and loves it... She can ride smoothly and easily. The rear brake is easy to use, just press the tire protector to slow down the scooter to a stop. It can be easily folded for storage and transported from one place to another. She is already excited about taking this to camp with us.
