A great Magnesium Complex for health benefits
I have been using the “Why Not Natural Magnesium Complex” for about a month now. I have done a lot of research on what would benefit me with my blood sugar issues. Everything that I have read says that a magnesium complex would help me balance my blood sugar even more. Over the past month my budget is more in check than it ever has been. I do attribute this to taking this magnesium complex. I am also sleeping much better and I do not have the hot flashes that I used to have. I received an incentive to write this review.

Sleeping Like a Dream!!!!
It seems to help with sleeping at night. I started with one pill but it can go up to 3. Potentially causes drowsiness. I took the pill with dinner because you need to take it with dinner. I didn’t have anything about I didn’t like, except that it was a larger pill. This seems to help me sleep through the night rather than waking up throughout the night. High quality magnesium product
I heard this was great for sleep! I’ve been really struggling w that as a 37 YO with 2 kids under 5. Shipping was not super fast as these are shipped direct from manufacturer. I’ve been taking these for 2 nights and I have been sleeping til 5am, which is an improvement and is pretty reasonable for me. There is no weird aftertaste and I don’t have any side effects thus far. Great for better, more restful sleep!
I was very excited to try these magnesium capsules and love how convenient they are to take! I’ve been taking a magnesium supplement that is in the form of a powder that you mix with water. These capsules are more convenient and easier to stay consistent with. I also love that it includes B6 for better absorption. These work really well for me and help me fall asleep and stay asleep more easily. If you’re new to magnesium, be sure to start with one capsule and work your way up to avoid gastrointestinal issues. Quality Magnesium Option!
I have Restless Leg Syndrome and have been trying to find a natural remedy to alleviate my symptoms. I chose this magnesium supplement because I heard that magnesium is helpful for this condition and this brand has good reviews. I have not been taking it very long so I am not at full dose- following the guidance to start at one daily and work up to three. I have been searching for a quality and natural magnesium supplement for the many health benefits I have read about it. Helpful for gut health, affordable
I have been trying to find a happy mix of magnesium which has been a challenge to support my gut and overall health. No significant side effects. This option was surprisingly better than anticipated. I am trying to find the best dosage as it says three tablets but it is a little much. The price point is fairly affordable and curious to see how this will work after multiple weeks. Clean and high-quality supplement
I finally found a great supplement that doesn’t hurt my stomach and is filled with great ingredients. This is a good size bottle and a great price considering I’ve paid a lot more for other supplements. I love that. There’s a few different types of magnesium all put together in one pill. Great blend, large pill capsules
I like that this magnesium is a combo and that they incorporate B6. The pills are fairly large and the serving size is 3, although they tell you to work up to that number. It does not have a discernible aftertaste. The bottle is fairly small, but does contain 40 servings of 3 pills, which may be more than an individual needs. Quality Adult Magnesium Supplements
I had been looking for a magnesium supplement to add to my vitamins. This one is excellent as it us made in the USA and it doesn’t have any fillers. It is bioavailable and it helps with heart health, bones and sleep. There are 120 capsules in the container which is approximately 4 months supply. It is also gluten free and GMO free. Great Sleep Support Option
These magnesium capsules are great! I noticed on the first night I was falling asleep easier and staying asleep longer. I woke up feeling much more refreshed. I didn’t find them habit forming which I appreciate having a more natural approach for sleep support. The pills are a larger size but I had no issue swallowing. Magnesium cocktail amazing for sleep
I like that this magnesium contains three different types for maximum effectiveness. I find that when I take magnesium at night I sleep better. I like that it has no taste to it so I can easily take these pills. The serving suggestion says 3 pills per person. Many forms of magnesium in one pill!
I don’t know how this will work well over the long-term, but I’m happy with it so far in the short term. I like how many forms are combined into one pill! Also, some people might find three pills as a dose offputting, but they are not huge. I don’t do well swallowing pills, but I found them manageable. There is no weird taste or smell, and it did not upset my stomach, even though I took it on an empty stomach. I received an incentive to write this review.

Easy supplement for nighttime wind down
I have been wanting to incorporate, magnesium supplements into my nightly routine to help with relaxation and hopefully better sleep at night. So far I like the supplements they are easy to take and do not have an aftertaste. I’ve been taking one for now at night and believe they do induce a little calmness, they do claim that they can cause drowsiness but I’m not sure if that’s been the case. Great supplement at a good cost
I take magnesium for my joint and muscle pain every single night. I also take magnesium to help keep my body regular. What I like most about this brand is that the ingredients are all organic and clean. The bottle was lightweight darken color to keep the ingredients pure and BPA plastic free. No fillers only quality ingredients
Since discovering how beneficial magnesium can be when added correctly into your diet, I always try to keep a quality supplement around me for when I need it. The magnesium has a natural effect of helping to make you more regular and taking it at night can help you fall asleep, faster as well more naturally . These pills are easy to swallow and don’t have any foul smell to them at all. Great way to get many types of magnesium!
Magnesium has so many benefits and I tend to be magnesium deficient, so this is a wonderful supplement that offers several types of magnesium in one pill. I have not noticed any negative effects while taking this. Taking magnesium helps me stay relaxed and sleeping well. It also seems to help with restless legs and muscle cramps. I was really happy to see this magnesium supplement when I was looking at this brand! I really like the choice of magnesiums put into this complex. These ones tend to not make me need the restroom or become overly tired. It states that headaches may be a side effect, but I've not experienced that at all.
