I do not like the smell of this, but you can only smell it while washing and doesn't stay after you dry. I find this product to feel a bit drying for me, so I wouldn't call it "soothing", but I do find it SMOOTHING as in I can treat a breakout area and after a few continuous uses my skin does feel less textured and softer/smoother to the touch. I'll use it up but I won't repurchase

Nice for sensitive, dry, skin.
I’m impressed. I’m 32 with super sensitive/reactive dry skin. Reactive to the extent that trying a singular new product once can cause hives/acne for 3 weeks, so I’m always scared to try new things. I purchased this on a whim because my cckind aha cleanser has become impossible to find in stores and my dry skin requires gentle chemical exfoliation to not break out. Yes, this is targeted towards oily skin but Azaelic acid is super gentle. I’ve used it for a few days now and so far I’m impressed and dare I say this is better than the item it’s replacing for me? My skin is like butter and the minor acne scars I had recently been working on have already started to drastically fade. It has that smell that all actives seems to have, like a spa in a medicinal way. I use a nice thick moisturizer after and I don’t think my skin has ever looked or felt better. PLEASE don’t change this or stop carrying it! It’s a gem!

Love love love
I usually break out with a lot of products or feel like my skin gets too dry or too oily. This wash is the happy medium! Soothes any red spots and makes the skin feel soft. I shave my face every day and this leaves my face feeling clean!

So good and so gentle
Love this cleanser! Not only does it helps with me rosacea but it is also on the thicker creamier end (which I wasn’t sure before applying) but it’s so lightweight! It really reduces the red on my face and my face felt cleansed and not stripped/dry. I would highly recommend! I have type 2 rosacea with combo sensitive skin for reference.

On the fence
I just tried this for the second time. It feels slightly like a tingling and burning sensation but mild. If you have tried a PHA I would say the end result feels just like that. A PHA exfoliant. Very mild. The smell is not bad. Very faint and dissipates quickly. The texture is like a lightweight gel/slimy feeling which I like. It does leave your skin slightly dry but nothing over the top. It does calm down redness for me. If it gets on your lips you might feel that tingling sensation which I don't like. It also has a "cooling" affect when you use it. I don't know if I want to stick with this or my other exfoliant. I would say this product is not necessary or life changing unless you really have a lot of redness with sensitivity that you want to calm down. It's a good price point and I do see a lot of folks liking it. I'll see what 2026 brings with "brightening" products in the near future. I paid for this with my own coins.

Redness, gone
Calms the skin for sure and very easy to apply and washes off smoothly. Definitely calms down the redness 100%. I love Good molecules, I just wish they offered more products without hyaluronic acid as my skin gets fairly reactive to it :/

Game changer!
This new cleanser by Good molecules is definitely a game changer. From the first wash, I noticed a dramatic difference on how my skin felt after washing with this product. The pictures below show real progress from just one week of using this product. Some cleansers tend to strip your skin, but this one feels light but effective. I recently discovered Good molecules earlier this year, and I have tried a lot of their products. This cleanser by far is my favorite. I love the feel of my skin after washing with this product and how it feels clean, refreshed, but not dried out like a lot of cleansers tend to do. I have acne prone skin and it has been a journey trying to get rid of the discoloration, hyper pigmentation, and acne scars over the last couple of years. So discovering the Good molecules products have been a godsend. I am kind of obsessed with them and I love how they are actually effective but super affordable. I have spent so much money on all kinds of skin care products that not only left me disappointed but feeling as though I have wasted my money. Good Molecules has truly changed the game with not only this amazing cleanser, but with all of their products, try it you won't be disappointed. Gifted by Good Molecules

Soothing and smoothing
Ok so I'll start off by saying that I only had a week to try this product out, as well as the 10% azelaic cream. So I don't think that's quite enough time to properly see how a product is for your skin. Not to mention trying two new products together. How am I supposed to know which product is doing what? And if I did half my face with one and half with the other, I wouldnt get the full effect of both at once. That said, I'll review best I can. I kept most of my routine the same. Morning: Replaced my regular salicylic acid cleanser with this one Replaced magic molecules dark spot corrector with the 10% azelaic cream Sunscreen Evening: Oil cleanser Replaced my sa soap with this one Replaced my mm dark spot corrector with the 10% azelaic cream My prescription acne cream The soap, I do it is soothing. Except for the one part of my face is that is sensitive, which is right above my top lip. This soap says to leave on your face for 30-60 seconds. So I went with 60. It irritated that spot on my face, and made it red and hurt. I was able to sooth it with a lotion I have, and I just ended up not putting it on that part of my face for the rest of the week. So if you have sensitive skin, I would be cautious or leave it on for a shorter amount of time. It's a pretty thin consistency, but it works onto your skin well. It doesn't really lather, but as you have to leave it on for a bit, I don't mind the lack of lather. It was quite cool on my face. When I washed it off, it made my skin very smooth feeling. And I do think it made my makeup apply better. So that was nice. Do I think it worked on soothing my skin? Eh a bit. Do I think it helped my dark spots? Yeah I would say so. Do I think it helped my acne? No, my acne got worse by the end of the week. Would I buy this again? Yes, if my acne was more under control. I like the way it leaves my face feeling, and how my makeup applied this week. But it did nothing for my acne and I can tell I missed my salicylic acid cleanser. Gifted by Good Molecules.

Soothing, Calming, and Effective
This cleanser is absolutely AMAZING!!! I have oily skin with hyperpigmentation and texture issues. The cleanser is soothing, calming, and so effective! My skin feels clean, soft, and so hydrated after each wash. It has helped with the texture, hyperpigmentation , and controlling the oiliness of my skin! Would absolutely recommend! Azelaic Cream Cleaner
The cleanser comes in a simple, minimalist squeeze tube, which I appreciate for its hygienic and mess-free design. The texture is a rich, creamy lotion that feels luxurious without being heavy. Upon first use, I noticed it has a very subtle, natural scent, which is a big plus for those sensitive to strong fragrances. I used a nickel-sized amount of the cleanser on damp skin and massaged it in for about 60 seconds before rinsing. It doesn't foam, which is a good sign for a gentle, hydrating formula. It glides on smoothly, and it feels like it's nourishing my skin while it cleans. For my evening routine, it effectively removed light makeup and daily grime without the need for a second cleanse. Over the month, my skin's overall texture and tone have improved. It no longer reacts as harshly to changes in weather, and my complexion looks smoother and more even. Gifted by Good Molecules

Great for acne prone skin!
I have sensitive acne prone combination skin, and in the week since starting to use this product, I've seen a massive change in my skin! I typically have pretty red skin, as I work outside and any irritation I have is exacerbated by the sun exposure regardless of the SPF. After using this cleanser, I'm seeing a massive improvement in both the amount of acne I'm seeing, as well as the appearance of my acne that I currently have. The pimples and blackheads I do have are smaller, less red and noticable, and less painful, which are all great! This cleanser is such a treat to use, the smell is lovely and floral, it's easy to get on and off, and my skin feels hydrated but still literally squeaky clean afterwards. I like this cleanser more than any other I've used. I also appreciate that this cleanser recommends that you scrub for 30 seconds to a minute, I've had better outcomes with cleansers in the past when I use it in this manner, and having that reminder with this cleanser really helps me use it correctly. I've found my regular cleanser from now on! Gifted by Good Molecules

Soothing Azelaic Acid Cleaner
I was scared to use this at first because my skin is sooooo tricky and sensitive. When I first used this product I noticed its gel-like texture but i also noticed how its NOT A HEAVY PRODUCT. After using this product my skin felt so soft & hydrated like slime kind of lol. I touch my face a few times throughout the day & I can honestly say this product has to work all day or something because its not a oily skin feel but its hydrating & made my skin feel bouncy or as a collagen makes my skin feel. I have also notcied that my breakouts have been VERY VERY VERY little with the help of the dark spots package & this new product !! I have combination skin , sometimes its oily , dry, super sensitive & always acne proned. My products are kept in my room, where its room temperature & average light exposure. At night I turn on the Ac because if I dont my skin will be super oily from being hot , I think the Ac keeps the product fresh & working. Gifted by Good Molecules

Soothing Azelaic Acid Cleanser
I have been using the cleanser for eight days now. The cleanser has a smell that I don't like you know that is working because it has a slight tingle sensation. I did notice that it doesn't foam up which I like because I wanna be able to see my face while cleansing it a little goes a long way. All you need is the size of a Pea for your entire face. I wouldn't advise to let it sit on your face for at least 30 to 45 seconds so that you can know that is working but overall that is a good cleanser. It would not be my go to cleanser every day due to the smell, I prefer my cleansers to have no sent. It is very, very smooth and glides when you do put it on your face and it comes off very easily. after I have rinsed my face off it does not feel dry cracky it feels very hydrated and crack. and I love that. gifted by good molecules.

Amazing cleanser
This cleanser has been a total game-changer for my skin. I'm 34 and have combination skin that used to be much oilier, but I still struggle with those persistent sebaceous filaments in my T-zone. The texture is a soothing, creamy wash that feels incredibly comfortable and hydrating, never stripping my skin. My main skin concern was that T-zone congestion, and I've seen visible results after only a few weeks. The filaments are significantly less noticeable, and my skin feels incredibly clean and balanced throughout the day. Even though I'm not acne-prone, this clarity has made a huge difference in my skin's overall appearance. Gifted by Good Molecules
