The 4ALLFAMILY Nomad Insulin Cooler Travel Case is a reliable, TSA-approved solution designed to keep insulin and other temperature-sensitive medications safe during travel. Available in two sizes, Nomad Medium and Nomad Big, and two colors, blue or red.

This medical-grade cooler combines advanced insulation with biogel technology to maintain internal temperatures between 35–46°F (2–8°C) for up to 27–30 hours, even in environments as hot as 104°F (40°C).

Perfect for both short commutes and extended journeys, the Nomad Medium holds up to 3 insulin pens in a compact 8" x 1.6" body and uses a freezable biogel ice pack, maintains cool temp for up to 27 hours. The Nomad Big, measuring 8.9" x 3.3", offers a larger 1.93" refrigerated space that fits up to 7 insulin pens or additional supplies, ideal for longer trips or those who require more medication, maintains cool temp for up to 30 hours.

The hard-shell design is lightweight enough for daily use, whether you're at work, school or flying across the country. With the Nomad insulin cooler, you can protect your essential medications and travel with confidence.

Easy to use perfect for my medication

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was on the hunt for something to make it easy while traveling with my medication and I was excited to find this option at such a reasonable price. I do have to note in order for this to pass TSA. You have to have the ice frozen solid if it is not frozen, it will not pass through TSA for approval . Overall this is a really nice size for traveling and will fit easily in my carry-on bag. I highly recommend this because it is well-made easy to use and will keep my medication at the correct temperature. I received an incentive to write this review.

Awesome Compact Mini Cooler For Meds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a handy mini cooler! This is perfect to be able to take medicine along for the day when you don’t have accessible refrigeration. You just need to freeze the small ice pack beforehand. This is compact size and would easily fit into a bag or a mid size purse. This may even fit into the middle compartment in the car. I am happy to be able to use this and not have to carry along a larger cooler with me. This can also be taken through TSA only if the ice pack is still frozen so keep that in mind while traveling. Best travel product for medication cool storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This medicine cooler is awesome! I take medication that needs to remain cool. The Nomad Medicine Cooler has been a lifesaver when I travel! Given the high quality of the canister, the price is an amazing value! I’ve been able to fit 1-2 disposable needles and my vial. I travel often for work and I had no issues going through TSA with the Nomad Medicine Cooler in my carry on. It’s slim and compact and doesn’t take up a lot of room in my bag. It’s slimmer than my 24oz water bottle. I used to have to pack a lunch bag and ice packs that were bulky in my bag. I definitely recommend this product for anyone who needs to travel with their medication! I received an incentive to write this review.

Awesome Cooler Travel Case

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ease of mind to be able to travel with my medication that needs to be refrigerated has been lifted. I love how compact the medication cooler is and the fact that this is TSA approved is very nice. We are planning our vacation and I was stressed with how I’d have to pack my refrigerated medication but this has completely eased my mind and stress. Medicine Canister, Perfect for Travel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great item for any diabetic or chronic disease sufferer. You can store all of your medication in a temperature controlled canister. The canister is steel and the ice pack that is included helps to control the temperature. The canister is quite small so it’s easy to use on a daily basis. Great option to keep medication safe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a couple medications that need to be refrigerated and it does accommodate those items to keep them cool especially when we need to travel. There is another size that you could consider. I was excited to see how nice the container was and it comes in a couple different colors. I love that you can take out the ice pack and put in the freezer ahead of time and don’t have to put the whole container in the freezer. The ice pack also comes with a sleeve to help prevent contact with the actual medical tube. As you can see this is as described because you can easily fit in two vials of medicine. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whether it’s a medicine in a vial or pen, this nomad medicine cooler is the perfect companion to taking your medicine on the go. The ice pack comes with a protective sleeve so the medicine doesn’t sit directly on the ice pack. The ice pack will need to be frozen solid to get through TSA, but with this insulated stainless steel container I don’t see that being an issue. Overall will make traveling with chilled medicine 10x easier. I received an incentive to write this review.
