Made me super nauseous. I've tried it with and without food and it made me immediately queasy. I did not have this same issue with the softgel capsule version.

It has basically the same vitamins as my previous multivitamin, but the amounts are slightly different. Some are more, some are less. The pill is about the same size as any other multivitamin. No heavy after taste or smell. I’ve been taking for about a week and a half and I have personally noticed myself feeling a little better, but I regularly struggled with vitamin deficiency anyways. The packaging isn’t anything fancy, but it’s still nice and informative. It discusses the ingredients such as your basic vitamins you’d expect and also biotin, calcium, thiamin, iron, niacin, etc. it also covers things not included such as additional color, artificial flavors, and gluten. That’s right, it’s gluten free! Also, if it’s something that’s important you, I think it’s important to note it’s actually distributed in the US.

You get a 3 month supply in each bottle, and they have many of the key nutrients that women are supposed to have in a vitamin. My only complaint is that the pill is fairly large, and the coating isn’t great, so I have trouble swallowing them.

The pills are also very large and I much prefer gummies. I was excited at first to see they had iron but I think this is what made me throw up. Be careful if you consume these, make sure you eat something first!
