Beautiful, But Not True to Size.

It arrived yesterday. I was SO excited about this rug.... I still love the design. It’s perfection. Sadly, the rug is not close to its advertised size. It’s 8.5 x 11.5. The half a foot on either side makes such a big difference with a scalloped edge. I’ll likely be returning the rug. It also arrived slightly dirty with a frayed edge. :(
