    Eliptical means an elipse motion, not a circle like a bike

    Works okay for an overpriced stationary bike but it's no eliptical. The monitor is a dim piece of junk that has no off setting (battery won't last) & the instructions for it are poorly written. If it wasn't such a pain in the butt to rebox I'd be sending it back.

    Awesome love it!

    One really nice quality piece of machinery! Quiet when exercising and a joy to ride! Used by myself and my wife. I am 81 and my wife is 78. It is the perfect way for us to keep moving as we age! I put it together myself, it is pretty straight forward and fair easy to assemble. The instructions are a little small in print so take note!

    Buy one! You'll be happy you did!

    After reviewing several different products I selected this machine and love it! It was alot of work to put together, but the instructions were well written and illustrated. The only complaint was I wish the illustrations were larger as they were difficult to see. Ive been using the machine every day with the app and couldn't be happier with my purchase!

    Bad purchase

    The bolt holding the foot plate to the machine continues to work its way off on both sides I check it before I start and tighten it but I can’t get thru 10 minutes before it falls off

    It took me awhile to

    It took me awhile to assemble it because I don't have patient to read the instructions; therefore, I looked it up in the computer how to assemble it and it helped me out. however, I am so happy with the machine; after I was done with putting it together, I tested it. I loved it!!!! I can do my own work out in my house.

    Tooo short inseam requirements.

    Why is this for 30 to 40” inseam? Why not made for shorter people? How many people are 40” inseam? You have justPhil lost a customer. I’m 6’ tall and 30” inseam.

    Awesome low impact machine

    Great machine. Supports our bad backs and gives a good workout. I have an inseam of around 30 inches and I was very worried that I’d be too short, but it works just fine for me. I think maybe I should have gone for the next model up with the built in programs. I’ll use the app but I think my husband would have appreciated the programs. The other main difference is that the handles on this one don’t adjust but the position is fine for us. Assembly took me 4-5 hours but I put it together myself. Parts were labeled well. I used the assembly video and the instructions. I did notice that the order of assembly is slightly that different in each. The box is 118lbs so we opened it near the delivery site and carried the parts to the basement and assembled there.

    Like everything about the bike

    Like everything about the bike except. I’m short and ordered the appropriate bike but the handles are not adjustable and my arms hit the seat as they work with the feet.

    Maintenance is a problem

    I love the cross trainer. I get a great workout and it’s easy on my knees. However, I’ve had my machine for a year, used it almost everyday and the parts have worn down, which is to be expected. Unfortunately, Sunny doesn’t have any relationships with firms that can service their equipment. The onus is on you to service your machine. I had to order special tools to take the machine apart in order to diagnose. I have no idea what I’m looking at and don’t know what I’m supposed to look at to diagnose. One thing that’s apparent is the belt is worn. As I look at the machine, there’s no easy way to replace it.

    This product needs help

    sturdy construction. resistance levels are far too low. I'm 77 and have spent 3 months in hospital this past year and I started on 12. Having to pull batteries to shut down you have got to be kidding me
