Received mine in perfect condition!

Mine arrived perfectly! I love this duo. When used together, this duo is an absolute powerhouse. Washing with the 4P and following up with the 5P for just 1 to 3 minutes will completely neutralize stubborn yellow and brassy tones, leaving you with an incredibly bright, cool, and reflective blonde or silver. Unlike most purple toning systems that leave the hair feeling like absolute straw, the Olaplex system genuinely leaves your strands feeling soft, strong, and deeply hydrated. However, we have to keep it totally candid regarding the pigment load: this duo is aggressively pigmented. If you have highly porous, heavily bleached, or platinum icy hair, leaving this on for too long will temporarily dye your hair lavender or blue-gray. You must watch it like a hawk in the shower! Furthermore, because the purple pigment is so incredibly concentrated, it can (and will) stain your hands, cuticles, and even your shower tiles if you aren't careful. Many stylists actually recommend wearing gloves when applying this duo to avoid walking out of the bathroom with purple fingernails!

I got duped

Make it more clear on the app when it’s from a 3rd party. Sleek shop is not an authorized retailer of olaplex products. The labels peeled off sooo easily… I didn’t think they were authentic and immediately threw them away… buyer beware.
