Great Conditioner
I have been using this conditioner for quite a while now, and I bought the gallon bottle to refill my original 500ml bottle. I use this conditioner on a daily basis and my hair loves it as much as the rest of my head (using fragrance-free products is imperative for me as anything containing parfum is a migraine trigger).

Hard to get out
It is challenging to get the conditioner out of the bottle. It doesn’t want to squeeze out upside down. I have to take the cap off each time I use it. I have placed an order for a larger bottle with a pump, which I’m sure will take care of that. The product itself works Very well. It’s just the mechanism for delivery that I’ve struggled with.

Only product that hasn’t worked for me
As a woman with medium to long length hair, the shampoo and conditioner have not worked for me. I love that they’re fragrance free but it leaves my hair feeling like straw. I regret buying the 2L pouches of each. Which is a shame because I absolutely love all other Unscented Co products (I’ve tried most of them).

Seriously Incredible
I’ve only had it for a few washes but it’s already made such a huge difference on my hair which I thought was already pretty soft and shiny. Nothing compares to the effect that this has had on it though. 100% one of my new favorite products.

Moisturizing but not too heavy

Useful
I used to buy single bottles everytime and throw them away and I realized I wasn't paying enough attention to the plastic waste. With the refill pouch, it saves so much money and it's so much better!! I can use one bottle and refill it. It's honestly life changing!!
