UPS did not deliver it It’s been sitting at a UPS access point for a week. I would have just went to a store to buy it if I knew UPS was not going to to deliver it to my door . I have packages left at my door all the time! I’m not going to waste gas to go out of my way to pick up an item at a stupid UPS Access point. The item can be returned from the access point if not delivered to my address!

Really good flosser, it's easy to use and I haven't had to charge it yet & i've owned it for about a week. the pressure is good, i've only tried the soft setting. my only problem is the fill tank capacity, especially if you're adding a splash of mouthwash into your flosser.

Missing Items, Poor Resolution
Shipping was slow to begin with. I ordered 2 of these, allegedly shipped and delivered together. 1 arrived. Thankfully I have a photo bc Yankee provided 1. Target did not. 1 small bubble envelope containing 1 blue flosser. No 2nd bubble envelope with my pink 1. Solution offered states wait a whole additional week on top of week I've already waited. At that point only a refund will be offered instead of just replacing it. Competitors are more fair with timelines and solutions when THEY mess up. I'll shop elsewhere from now on. I don't personally know how the product actually works. Only the 1 I bought for my son arrived.

Poor quality
Cheaply made. The hinge on the back of the water flosser where you fill it with water broke within a month. I would not recommend this water flosser. The battery life was okay.
