Very helpful for eye Health

Good for aging eyes
I usually take this supplement for 2 months, then take a break. Not sure if it made such an impact on my eyes, but my retina doctor said my retina looks surprisingly good for my high myopia.

I wanted pure lutien and Zeaxanthin but Bosch and other brands follow the AREDS and add zince, C etc. I already take a multi vitamin, so this is the brand I prefer

Intolerable side effects
After using this for more than two months, my eyes started hurting. They hurt so bad I went to my doctor. Stopped taking the tablets and within ten days, my eyes were better. A friend who also ordered this product had her eyes start watering.
