Great Workout Tool

I bought this machine to help with weight loss and toning, and it works great. The vibration is powerful enough to feel deep in my muscles. The control panel is intuitive and the remote is a nice bonus. I use it for ten minutes a day and feel the burn. It is lightweight and fits perfectly in my small apartment.

Not an exercise alternative.

While the vibration plate shouldn't be used in replace of traditional exercise by just standing on it. or after exercise. A booklet of exercises to do comes with! It has also improved my cellulite a bit too!
