    CoQ10 400mg

    This high-dose CoQ10 comes in a very large capsule which is difficult for me to swallow. I appreciate the availability but would love an easier to swallow capsule.

    Good, nut.....

    GOod price- however the pill is quite large and may be dificult to swallow by some. It is not very long but it has an odd shape that is wider than most pills. tht I take many supplements and this one sometimes gives me swallowing problem while others do not. You might be better off paying a bit more for two CQ-200 size pills (they are smaller) tan one Cq-400

    Good value however I ordered the 400mg in error instead of the 200mg and softgel too fat when swallowing. Suggest the 200mg for those that have trouble swallowing large pills.

    I ordered these supplements, of course, to improve my overall health and will order more if I notice a marked improvement.

    The pill is hard for me to swallow so I have to bite it to deflate it a little before I can take it. I just started taking this pill so I can't really tell the efficacy yet. I want to find a different CoQ10 supplement that has the same potency/mg but has a better shape and not such a thick shell. I haven't been taking any of the supplements long enough to see any positive results yet.

    Standard Swansons CoQ10 is a fabulous deal and gives me great benefits

    There are all kinds of fancy CoQ10s out there but I have found that these garden variety 400 mg Swansons sgels are so reasonably priced I can afford to take two -- and that 800 mg works better for me than taking one of the fancier CoQ10 products. Swansons review guidelines state that you cannot mention illness so I won't say my main reason for taking this much coq10 each day. However it seems to offset some typical signs of aging in my case.

    No difference yet

    I've been taking this CoQ10 for a month or more and find no difference in energy levels. I will keep taking it and hope that a longer term will see some results.

    HUGE!!!

    I was looking for a high dosage of CoQ10 and I was excited to find these 400 mg. softgels. BUT, I can't take them; they are HUGE and super hard to swallow. I kept trying, but finally I threw out the bottle that I opened and now I have 2 more bottles that I can't use and can't return because it's been over 30 days. This is the first Swanson product that has disappointed me.

    I LOVE my coQ10 but can't tell you why because it offends someones policies. What I have to say is the TRUTH and I extremely resent these emails asking me how I feel about something and when I do, telling me what I say is inappropriate. Screw you!     EXTREMELY SATISFIED

    Great price for a good quantity of a great supplement. A five way bypass and the need to take a hefty dose of cholesterol reducing medication to keep my arteries clear, left me with a great deal of muscle pain. COQ10 in a hefty dose has greatly reduced the muscle pain. It has also helped steady my blood pressure in a positive range, speed my recovery from exercise, and improve my saturated oxygen scores. I recommend it highly.
