    Second time purchase of Kinnikinnick brand gf pancake and waffle mix. If you weren’t told that it was gf you would never know by the texture or taste.

    Favorite GF/ DF pancake mix!

    This is by far our favorite GF/ DF pancake mix ever!!! We were desperate a couple of years ago when there was a delay from the manufacturer. We really like the Kinninnick brand. Tastes great. Easy to make. Very forgiving if we want to modify the recipe or use it for a different recipe! Reheats well. Can keep the mix in the fridge until ready to use it. Doesn't taste GF/ DF! Friends prefer this to regular pancakes and waffles!

    I've tried many gluten free pancake mixes and they all taste terrible and have a dry consistency but this one! I love this mix and don't have to keep searching for a good one anymore.

    Convenient and tasty!

    I have used this product for several years and my kids love it- even the on who doesn't have gluten allergies! It has a light vanilla taste and is a wonderful flour mix for homemade cookies as well as pancakes and waffles.

    Our go-to mix

    I've used several gluten free pancake mixes and a liked one or two of them. However, this is our new go-to brand. We all love it. I love mixing the pancakes with sparkling water as it makes them very tender. I tend to prefer making my own batter from scratch, but when time is an issue, this mix makes it so easy and so tasty that I have a hard time going back to mixing my own.

    Tasty mix

    We are trying to cut out some of the wheat in our diet so decided to try this. The main ingredient is pea starch but you could have fooled me. It tasted really good and I plan to purchase it again.
