Now Foods Energy - Metabolic Diet 90 Vcaps

This is absolutely the only product for energy that I’ve tried and I have an entire drawer or two practically full of so-called energy boosters that promise clean energy without the jittery feeling and crash. None work for me. I just ordered these on a whim and from the first capsule I could tell a remarkable difference and that’s the truth! I’m 55, have osteoporosis, stenosis and scoliosis and it’s very difficult for me to muster up the energy to do anything that requires carrying, lifting, basic chores that require walking upstairs and down (balance!), vacuuming, gardening, etc., and this supplement hands-down won me over immediately on the first day. I take two spaced out about 3-4 hours apart and also take a True Calm capsule made by NOW with the second one (sometimes also with the first if I think I need it) to stay calm and focused with energy to get through work and anything else I may have planned. I don’t know if it’s the iodine combined with the Yerba mate or something else that makes this work for me because I’ve taken every single ingredient listed in some form or another and nothing is as effective as this combination of ingredients. Of note: I still have to pace myself with the chronic pain so it’s not like I’m chopping wood or anything like that while taking this - I am just finally able to get through a day without being consumed with exhaustion. If I do too much, I can’t move the next day - supplement or no supplement. This just gives me a leg up, pun intended. Thanks I’ll be stocking up!

I re-ordered this product because I was running low on it. I like the B vitamins and green tea extract and ginseng. A good boost after lunch or before a workout. There is a moderate amount of caffeine, which for me is better than an energy drink; I can take one later in day without having to worry about caffeine induced insomnia. Great product!

Bought and used! This surpassed all the others I’ve tried! Energy booster from morning till evening. Works so well giving needed energy to complete work with a clearer mind. The only problem is reordering. None in stock…which is very disappointing. I hope it’s not discontinued…😩 I’ll still give this a 5 star and more!!

I was very impressed with this supplement. It gives me a little boost late morning and natural ingredients.

I am 70 years old and I take 2 of these energy pills around 8am and again at around 1pm and they carry me through the day as if I were under 50!!!!! Wowzer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried this and from the beginning it has worked extremely well. Doesn't make me jittery but gives me sustained energy all day long. Love it!

I've been taking supplements for years, and there are certain brands I trust-- NOW being one of them. I initially bought two bottles of this stuff and decided to give it a shot. I work a graveyard shift pushing freight, and this stuff gives me a great boost without the crash of energy drinks and sugary stuff. You'll notice most of it's just B-vitamins and a marginal amount of caffeine. Most days, I don't even take the 2 caps at a time, just one. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a boost without the crash. I even find myself recommending it to people at work who pound energy drinks on break and can't manage to get what they want out of it.

I noticed no change in energy level or anything else. I used it for a couple of weeks before returning to another product that did work for me.

Even 1 capsule makes you focused for some 3-5 hours. No side effects, not even in blood pressure. I take it before meetings or driving. Avoid in the evening or more capsules can harm sleeping.
