    Works for me.

    This item keeps my A1C at 5.9 or 6.2 depending on what I eat. Sometimes I just have to have chocolate and when I am on that chocolate bing is when A1C is up. I do get out and walk a lot we live on a farm and I try to walk 30 minutes 2 times a day.

    good combo

    I like that this has cinnamon in it. if it breaks open it still tastes good! and it rarely breaks. I read that chromium is useful for the brain and of course for chocolate lovers so I want to get it in every day. I have used smaller versions (lower doses) but I like getting a good amount in one simple gelcap.

    Great Product!

    As a person who has been careful about her blood sugar for years, finding TriChromium was a blessing. It's combination of multiple forms of chromium with cinnamon have been the perfect blend. The quality of NOW brand products is premium, and Swanson's prices are always the best.
