    Beta-Sitosterols by NOW

    Sterols are recommended as very healthy. This product seems high quality & convenient, easy to take. They are soft capsules with liquid contents. I usually take it with tea or coffee, and bite & chew them before swallowing.

    Too many daily pills!

    Plant sterols have done a fairly good job of controlling my high triglycerides, however, I haven't taken this NOW brand long enough to have my levels checked to test it's effectiveness. Mostly, I don't like having to take four large capsules daily. It's not a good value either if you pay less per bottle/quantity, but have to take more pills per day. Because of that, I cannot recommend it at this time,
