Supportive Probiotics
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel this probiotic has several good health benefits. Most important for me was the probiotics! I was able to take these without any side effects and seemed to ease constipation issues. The bottle was easy to open and close and had a slight smell. Though the smell did not interfere with taking it. I feel taking the vitamin consistently at the same time everyday improved results!

Didn’t taste weird, felt less bloated, stayed feel

I hate taking supplements or pills because the texture is weird or the size is uncomfortable, but these weren’t an issue. I took with water to make sure there wasn’t a weird aftertaste, and besides the normal vitamin supplement taste, I didn’t have issues. Definitely helped with feeling less bloated but fuller for longer.

Awesome for my gut health

Effective Biotics

It's a decent size (picture is next to an Allegra allergy tablet for comparison) with no funny after taste. One thing I did appreciate was that I wouldn't get sick if I didn't drink enough water that day. Some prebiotics will wreck havoc on you if you don't drink enough water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually just take normal probiotic pills but I feel like this works so much better for me and has the added benefit of ingredients that can boost GLP-1! Another added bonus is that even though these were capsules they were quite easy to swallow, for me especially because I have trouble swallowing capsules. Another added bonus is that they use vegan capsules which is very important to me because I have a shellfish allergy and have to be cautious about what capsules are made of. I'd recommend this for anyone who needs to work on their gut health!

Affordable Akkermansia!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very interested in helping improve my gut microbiome, and I have read a lot about the benefits of Akkermansia. The capsules are on the large side but easy to take, with no taste or aftertaste. I wish there was a way to measure how well this is working, but I have been using it during a fat loss challenge and I seemed to break through a plateau recently! I also think my digestion and elimination are better. I’m glad that there are 60 servings to a bottle, which allows me to really test it.

Caused bloating
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pills have no taste which is great and can either be taken with or without food which I also love. I did not have any side effects taking these however I don’t feel like they did anything but make me bloated. After I stopped taking these the bloating went down and I was back to my regular size. I wont be taking these anymore.

I truly think this was what did the trick! I love that there are two months worth of product in the container, and the pills are pretty easy to swallow with water. I usually take it before or after one of my bigger meals, although I don’t think it really makes a huge difference. It helps a lot with bloating and going to the bathroom regularly. These don’t make me nauseous like some other supplements do on an empty stomach. I will definitely be purchasing!

Less bloated

It doesn’t have a taste to it and the capsules are good size…not super small and not so big that it’s hard to swallow. I definitely feel like I have less bloating when I take these. They haven’t helped me lose any weight, BUT I do strength training pretty heavily so I expect to probably not lose weight due to muscle gains. The less bloating though definitely makes these supplements worth it.
