Love oan, wish lid were glass

Excellent size nonstick saute pan. Cleans up nicely and handles approx 4 quart quantity. Would prefer deeper pan in smaller (11") circumference. Wish lid were glass to enable visual monitoring while cooking. Overall great pan.

It retains heat well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My all time favorite frying pan, it feels sturdy and the Teflon coating works quite well food. It is hard to find a frying pan that meets all my expectations, and this one undoubtedly does. The lid is mirror-like and fits well. It is cooked to perfection, it retains heat well.
