Bought this small package of cold medicine for a recent trip to Great Britain to have “just in case.” You know how people always get sick on airplanes and cruise ships and tour buses. Thankfully we didn’t need it but nice to know it was there if we (or anyone else) did need it. So much less expensive than the name brand and works just as well.

I like these cold & flu soft gels. They work better than Claritin and Benadryl for my reoccurring allergy symptoms like sneezing, a runny nose, and itchy throat. The small dose of Sudafed in the soft gel does wonders. But, they are not a remedy for an allergic reaction like Benadryl. I also love that I am not drowsy after taking them.

I search for pills that are small enough to be easy to swallow when someone in my house is sick. They are becoming hard to find. I purchased these only because of the 'actual size' picture on the package. As I now see others have found, these pills are not the size shown. They are the same large size that are quite difficult to swallow on a good day, let alone when you have a cold and a sore throat.

The capsules are huge. They’re almost double the size pictured on the box (said to be actual size). I purchased these specifically due to the small size and am now struggling to take them each time.

While the medicine may be effective, the photo of the “actual size” of the pill pictured on the box is misleading. The actual size of the pill in reality is much wider and taller than the actual size pictured , maybe 1.5 or 2x the size.
