Loreal Ever Pure Thickening Shampoo VEGAN Formula
I used this shampoo for years for thickening and it felt like it was working, but then you change the original to VEGAN , that’s when I started having issues, hair feeling thinner, straighter, and already have straight hair. Please bring back the original, if you want to sell the Vegan, then at least offer both to buy, I will not buy anymore of the thickening shampoo with rosemary until we as customers can buy the one we want and works best for us, please don’t decide that we should use VEGAN, I want a choice of the first shampoo I used for years and helped my hair not the Vegan . Until then I will use another brand . Thank you

Best Shampoo Ever
This is the best shampoo I have ever tried and I’ve tried a lot of “luxury” ones. My hair stylist of 9 years told me at our last appointment how much thicker my hair was and what I was doing differently. I’m on my third bottle of this and the conditioner and will probably never switch. My hair rarely sheds now and has never looked so good.

I love how full my hair feels, it doesn’t smell bad and I do see the “fullness”. HOWEVER, the shedding! I usually do shed quite a bit of hair, most of it is breakage from heat tools, but the shedding now seems more than usual. For reference, I used to use the Luseta Biotin and Collagen Shampoo and conditioner, love the smell of it (reminds me of hair dye smell, which I do love, I’m a retired hairdresser’s daughter and the smell of hair dye to me is normal and it brings nostalgia from growing up). I do love the Luseta but it leaves my hair super flat so I decided to look for something to create fullness. So I found this L’Oreal shampoo and conditioner. I loved it, bought a second bottle when I finished the first, however, I thought the shedding was due to the season change and my hair phase. The shedding seems to be WAY more than usual and seasonal shedding which I thought would resolve and decided that maybe it wasn’t the shampoo which is why I bought the second bottle. I love the fullness but I’m gonna have to walk away. One star for the fullness and all the “negative” stars are for the shedding. Now I’m trying the Luseta Rosemary Mint, smells similar to this shampoo but sadly, my hair is flat again.

Do not use. It causes massive tangles
I used both shampoo & conditioner. They tangled my hair which is fine and thin. The tangles weren't baby tangles but massive tangles. The back of my head after showering was a huge wad of tangled nest. Like a brillo pad. The type of tangles that pull your hair out when you brush it or comb out the tangled. It made my hair drier. However it smells nice.

Feels clean but makes my scalp dry
I bought this shampoo because I’m loosing hair on my edges and I’m hoping it helps. I have a bout three weeks and I do like the texture of it, I have trouble with other shampoos making my hair feel clean and I like this one for that. The scent is not the greatest but it’s ok. The only thing I dislike as of now is that it leaves my scalp really dry, not itchy, just flaky white. I still have hair loss and don’t have much time with it so I can’t say if it works

Disappointed
I originally used Elvive volumizing Shampoo and conditioner, however, I started to notice hair loss only to find out it was removed from the market for this reason. I then switched to EverPure Thickening Shampoo and Conditioner. I really liked the product but after several weeks of use, I noticed hair loss again the same as with the Elvive product. This did not happen in the beginning. Other reviewers expressed the same problem with the EverPure product. Not happy with the latest results and may have to change products. I currently uses Loreal for all my hair products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I totally recommend this shampoo for your hair if your hair is thin or fry it leaves your hair really soft and it gives this shine that makes your hair look so good! Totally not oily it’s more like neutral, it made my hair grow and thick in 3 months! Of using the shampoo and conditioner totally love it for sure buying it again!

They changed the formula
I was a faithful user of the thickening shampoo & conditioner for 4 years... Then they went and changed the formula and my hair started falling out. I am extremely angry!! Not only did L'Oreal ruin a fantastic product, my butt length hair paid the price for it. You'll know you have the newer formula because the cap on the tube is not dark green; it is light green! I have the old and new tubes and combed the ingredient list. It is different!! I cannot believe they destroyed such a good thing. They've lost my trust. I'll never purchase L'Oreal products again or any other brand they own. I am done!!!

Formula Also Change Along with Name Change
Agree with the previous review from Dee. My hair began falling out several years ago and I found this shampoo and conditioner - it worked! And my hair became fuller again. I’ve been using this for at least 5 years. There must have been a recent formula change along with the “slight” change in name because my hair has started falling out again using the new ones that says Ever Pure Thickening Shampoo instead of Ever Strong.

One Day of Clean Hair
Smell doesn’t bother me and has good lather. However, my hair feels dry not very soft, it gets greasy like the next day and just seems flat. Won’t purchase again.

Was a holy grail, now I need medications
I've used this for years, everyday, even though about a year ago I saw a formula change still worked great. Then my most recent purchase with the updated bottle had a slight formula change again. Everything has remained constant (my water, my washing schedule, etc) but this new formula caused gaping sores on my head after 4 days of use. I'm not sure what happened to its most recent formulation but I had to discontinue use, use a medicated shampoo and cream, and come warn all of you to purchase with caution even if you have used this before.

IT REALLY WORKS!
I started using this product about 1 year ago. Prior to using it, I noticed that last summer when I pulled my hair back into a ponytail that my hair was so thin that you could see my scalp in rows. This year, I pulled my hair back into a ponytail and realized I no longer have to use a comb and hairspray to move my hair around to make it look fuller. This really works! I am the mayor of my small village and having my hair thicker is important to me. Thank you!
