Tasty tomatoes
We live this brand of crushed tomatoes. They always taste fresh and work well as a base for a sauce. They are also very reasonably priced - 10 cents more than the Good and Gather brand.

Chunky with a hint of basil
This chunky tomato sauce has a hint of basil just like they add to the jar when canning tomato sauce at home in Italy. The quality is excellent and reliable. It could be used right out of the can for a simple pasta or pizza sauce, but I like to add onions and peppers sautéed in olive oil, Italian seasoning, and fennel seeds and then let it simmer. Tuttorosso is from the same company as Red Pack and Red Gold.

This rating is on the quality of the contents, love these crushed tomatoes, wonderful. 5 star.
I have a complaint, I have ordered twice large quantities, however when I received them most were dented, box shipped in old looking, ripped in places, cans had been thrown in box within any wrapping, no bubble wrap, nothing, just lose cans in a big box. Reported it to target, sent me replacements which were as bad. I don’t want replacements I want cans that haven’t been damaged. Reported it both times. Management wake up this is terrible. I rate packaging at a zero star. I am sending two pictures of boxes they came in, cans took up maybe 1/3 of box strewn around nothing but cans in the boxes. inwouldb definitely order again because of quality of tomatoes but after going through this twice with two different orders and the same thing happening I have no reason to believe it wouldn’t happen again.

Leaves meals greasy
I’m quite surprised at the reviews of these tomatoes. They don’t taste bad but they make my dishes very greasy. I’ve made several dishes with these (dishes that I commonly make) and every time they come out extremely greasy. I’ve used them several times because when I bought them I purchased about 4 cans at once & I’m not one to waist. Just recently made spaghetti & this time I used only the tomatoes & not the juice because I was out of my usually tomatoes. Still greasy yet I felt not as bad. Unfortunately I won’t purchase these again due to the oil they produce.

Makes a great tasting Sauce
From a family who originated in Italy, then to New York, Grandma and Mom used these tomatoes for their sauce/gravy (depending on where youre from)... Now living in St Louis MO, we dont have this brand and they all swear by them SO I found them on the website and decided to buy a bunch for Mom and I both... they do make a Great tasting sauce for meatballs, sausage and any macaroni. Thanks for having them in stock!

I've lived in South Jersey/ Philadelphia my Whole life. My Irish/Italian recipe of heavily Homemade Gravy Making >>>Not Sauce, and the foundation of that sauce is the Tuttorosso brand. Moving out west LA/San Diego Ca was a great adventure, but realized right away, that Tuttorosso doesn't exist Anywhere in the west.I thought Ommmgggg what am I going to do :((( Then Looked online and thank Goodness Target ships ...HAPPY Again in LA !!!!!

Italians in the western world rejoice
I've lived in Philadelphia most of my life. My Italian heritage has left our family building our own recipe of heavily sauce, and the foundation of that sauce is the Tuttorosso brand. Moving out west was a great adventure, but one realized right away, that Tuttorosso doesn't exist in the west. Searching store after store, I've realized that my sauce will never be the same. I tried different brands like Hunts, and it left me sad and deflated as its nothing like Tuttorosso. Thankfully, Target offers this amazing sauce and somehow also offers free shipping. It cost me nothing to get my Pasta night back, and it tastes as if I am back in Philly. Thank you Target, and thank you Tuttorroso, we love you forever.
