"Soft" Stiff Spikey PLASTIC Bristles
Bristles have changed; stiff plastic and less in count. "Soft" is STIFF plastic spikes. Used to be my favorite affordable brush that I'd replace once a month. Now it's obviously just plastic junk.

Not Soft at all
The toothbrush says soft but its hard when using it. Quality Control must have skipped the toothbrush I bought because it was poorly made and had a piece of plastic sticking out which pinched my gum. I’ll attach pictures and you draw your own conclusions. I’ll probably buy a different kind of toothbrush from now on.

Effective for what is needed. A little too soft in my opinion but has a good grip on the handle as well as the bristles are good. Recommend changing maybe every 2 months due to softness
