Product died after 3.5 months of use and Target refused refund or exchange
This blender totally died after using for only 3.5 months, just long to be after the 90 day return window. Target refused to issue a copy of my receipt, even though they could clearly see it on their screen, therefore they would not replace it or refund my money. Totally disgusted with their customer service and this purchase.

Short Lifespan
I had my previous Ninja blender for almost a decade. Unfortunately, after 13 months with light use (I think I only opened it up maybe 6 months ago), my unit experienced a catastrophic and unsafe failure. Though, I understand it was outside of the 12-month warranty I was not satisfied with the only resolution offer being to buy new with a small discount. Given the failure alone, I don't recommend.

Great but not
At first it was amazing. Loved how well it work, then one faithful day after not using it for a few months pulled it out to use it an it wouldn’t turn on at all. The lower plugged in but nothing. Will not buy another.

When I contacted customer service for assistance, Evelyn said there was nothing she could do and then proceeded to hang up on me. As someone who worked at Target for five years, and as a paying customer, I expect better from this company. I will not be ordering from Target again.

Good function, questionable design.
After using it for a year, here me takeaway. It’s a good blender. It functions well, and is powerful. I’m taking off a star because it’s very loud, louder than a power drill. If you live in an apartment building like me, just know, your neighbors will know every time you’re using the blender. I’m taking off another star because water/liquids get trapped in the lid and there’s absolutely no way to get it out other than swinging the lid as hard as possible as much as you can, and even then you can’t get it all out and you’ll have splatters all over your kitchen. Trapped liquid is a recipe for disaster because that’s a breeding ground for mold and bacteria.
