I have been buying this butter for last two years but recently the quality has gone down. it goes bad with green mold even though it says the expiration is not for another month. its very disappointing. I had to threw each time for last 4 months or so. I would not be buying this again.

plastic seal

I've bought organic Earth Balance for many years and really like the product and the quality of the spread. In the last few months I've had several Earth Balance tubs that haven't been fully sealed when I first open them which makes me hesitant to use them. It's usually just a corner of the sealed plastic but not what I want to see. It would be helpful for the plastic to be fully sealed on all. Thank you.

Same as vegetable oil

I give this a 2 because the packaging is nice and it’s organic. I thought this would be a healthier option than butter but turns out this is the same as vegetable oils on the shelf just in a solid form. I’ll stick to ghee or grass fed.

I bought this butter on Saturday and by the time I opened it on Wednesday, 4 days, it was completely moldy. This is very disheartening because it's so expensive and it hadn't even been opened yet.

Mold!!!

This is the 3rd container that I bought and it has mold in it. I love this butter but it’s too many times now that mold appears and it is brand new. Now this one had mold on the bottom of the container. What is going on with the product?

Spreadable or rock hard....you never know

Used to be able to get your organic whipped with olive oil. Our store has discontinued it....I'm now buying your organic whipped. Some tubs are spreadable. Others are rock hard.
