They are saying they delivered the order but when I went outside to get order my order was not there and when talked with customer service they are telling me that they can’t do anything because order is delivered on their end. I did not get this item in home delivery. I cannot get a refund except by returning it to a store. I cannot return what I did not get!!! It must have been in bags with tomatoes I did not get either.

I really like this version of Purell since its high quality santizer. This version also doesn't dry my hands out like others tend to. However, my bottle instantly lost its pump top and now I have to keep putting it back on. It would be great if the top of the pump wasn't able to come off for a more sturdy product, but the actual sanitizer is great.
