Tilts too far back!
The chair tilts backward so much my feet do not touch the ground. Customer service was great and replaced the seat and base but even with the new pieces it still tilts. I'm not sure if it's usable!

Nice chair
I’ did not like that fact that you had to put it together yourself a lot of pieces. The chair is comfortable and looks good. Some pieces of the rattan were cracked probably done from shipping. Overall it’s good.
