A: The only grain is rice (gluten free), and of the 3g Carbs per serving there's 1g sugar and 2g fiber, w/ 20g Protein. So YES this is Keto, unless you're avoiding rice or pea for allergen reasons.

A: While Raw Protein & greens is high in Protein and CLEAN (Certified USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, Certified Vegan, NSF Certified Gluten Free, etc.), the Raw Protein & greens formulas do contain Organic Pea Protein and Sprouted Grains and Legumes, ingredients which may not be a part of everyone’s ketogenic diet.

A: It can be, only has 3g carbs per serving. Pretty low fat count but can supplement your daily nutrient needs really well with the extra greens.

A: I've added the vanilla flavor to my oatmeal, milk, coffee and to plain water. All I taste is vanilla.

A: With almond milk and fruit this tastes like every other smoothie, in my personal experience, it's not gritty or bitter or "green" tasting with fruit and nutmilk in a blender, or even a shaker cup.

A: While taste is a personal preference, we do not think that the veggies can be tasted when mixed into a smoothie.

A: Target has a "Dietary Needs" filter option that allows you to filter for Soy, Dairy and Grain Free products.

A: We recommend mixing 1 level scoop with 8 oz of water or beverage of choice.

A: Heating destroys all the digestive enzymes in the blend and some nutrition of the rawgreens, but heat can just make the protein drink an odd unpleasant consistency. You can make hot cereal separately, mix this protein with liquid at room temp (eg: shaker cup) then pour onto cereal AFTER cooking so you're not boiling or microwaving the protein powder but just putting it on your warmed cereal like flavoring. It's very mildly sweet so you can also add more sweetener, but it does make a creamy vanilla topper. Putting chia seed in the mixed protein makes a great no-cook cereal that works in a shaker cup to immediately drink, or in fridge container overnight to eat like breakfast pudding.

Most people enjoy our Organic Protein and Greens by blending one scoop with any like nut butters, fruits, berries or veggies of their choice to make it into a smoothie to make it more substantial.
