Questionable Ingredients
I likely will buy something else. I read the ingredients. What I do not like is the listing of "natural flavors". I tried to get this clarified from the manufacturer and they wouldn't tell me what that consists of, saying it is proprietary. That could be something that is not healthy, having some long scientific name and it is being hidden. I will buy another brand which lists ALL ingredients as I am convinced that Brownberry is no healthier than anything else.

Big bread lots of flavor and density
It’s great and affordable bread. It has that thick grainy texture that I didn’t expect out of bread. It’s firm and can burn quick in a toaster though. Doesn’t say it’s organic, so that’s one of the other reasons why I don’t rate it a 5. Also, the bread is just too dominantly thick, even when you spread a lot of whatever you choose, but it isn’t horrible. I would not recommend, but it isn’t my loaf.
