Description

Warm yourself up with something a little more exotic than your usual chicken noodle or tomato basil soup when you swap them out for Good & Gather™ Ramen Soup Starter Chicken Broth. This ramen comes already seasoned with a perfect blend of spices — including hints of ginger, tamari and mushrooms — that lets you quickly and easily whip up a Japanese-inspired meal. Just add in some wheat noodles, onions, bean sprouts, your protein of choice and spritz with lime for a delicious and simple meal. When serving to a group, offer up jalapenos, chili oil, fish sauce and cilantro so everyone can customize to their own taste.

Directions
Ready to use in any recipe that calls for broth, stock or bouillon. Do not add water. Shake well before using.

Do not microwave or freeze in package.

Stovetop

Pour desired amount of broth into saucepan. Heat over MEDIUM heat until hot, stirring occasionally.

Microwave

Pour contents into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover. Microwave on HIGH for about 3 minutes or until hot. Let stand in microwave for 1 minute, then stir.

Storage

Store unopened container at room temperature. After opening, refrigerate remaining broth immediately after using for up to 14 days.

Ways to Enjoy - Cook rice in broth and use to make an Asian-inspired rice salad. Add shredded cabbage, chopped carrots, sliced scallions and slivered almonds. Toss with rice vinegar and a small amount of oil.

Make chicken noodle soup with broth. Add edamame and chopped red bell pepper. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
