Absolutely game changer!! Best toothpaste I’ve ever tried. I will only stick with Colgate. It has helped my gums and teeth, never made my gums hurt or bleed. The scent is not too strong but a very nice minty taste. The aftertaste is perfection.

I noticed whitening effects after 2 uses. It caused some sensitivity on my teeth and gums. I wouldn’t recommend using it everyday, but if you’re looking for whitening and don’t have super sensitive teeth, I think best results would be seen if used daily.
